What is Link & Littles?
Link & Littles is a small, family-rooted children’s boutique-created by a mother, inspired by her son, and built alongside her own mom-three generations woven into every piece.
What began as a love for the little moments of motherhood grew into something we could create together: pieces designed to feel soft, nostalgic, and full of meaning.
Our first collection, Chapter One: Little & Loved, is the beginning of that story.

What makes your designs special?
Our original designs start as hand-painted watercolor illustrations, created to feel soft, simple, and full of heart.
Each piece is inspired by the quiet, meaningful moments of childhood. The cozy snuggles, the little expressions, the in-between magic of being small.
Because of the watercolor style and printing process, you may notice slight variations. We think that’s part of what makes each piece feel a little more special 🤍
What’s the difference between originals & boutique picks?
Our original designs are exclusive to Link & Littles and created from our custom artwork.
Our boutique picks are carefully curated pieces selected from our trusted wholesale partners to complement our designs and overall feel-pieces we would genuinely choose for our own littles.
Each product page will clearly indicate what type of item you’re purchasing.
✦ Orders & Shipping
Will I receive updates on my order?
Yes! Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a second email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.
If I order multiple items, when will they ship?
If your order includes multiple items, it will typically ship together once everything is ready.
This means your order will follow the longest timeline (usually 1-2 weeks).
What does made to order mean?
Some of our original pieces are made to order, meaning they are created just for you after your order is placed.
This allows us to produce more intentionally, reduce excess inventory, and keep each piece feeling thoughtful and special.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your made-to-order item to be created and prepared for shipment.
What does preorder mean?
Preorder items are pieces we’ve carefully selected and secured, but have not yet arrived to us.
Ordering during preorder allows us to bring in limited, small-batch pieces without overproducing.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for preorder items to arrive and ship to you.
How long will my order take to ship?
Because we offer a mix of made-to-order and preorder items, most orders will ship within 1-2 weeks.
This timeline allows us to thoughtfully create, receive, and prepare each piece before it leaves our hands.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on the way.

How do your items fit?
We recommend ordering true to size unless otherwise noted.
Some styles may have a more relaxed or slightly oversized fit depending on the garment, but overall our pieces are designed with comfort and ease of movement in mind.
For the best fit, we always recommend checking the sizing details listed on each individual product page.
What sizes do you offer?
Sizing may vary slightly depending on the garment style.
Available sizes will always be listed directly on each product page, so you can choose what works best for your little.
What materials are your items made from?
We choose each piece with softness, comfort, and real everyday wear in mind.
Some styles, like our bubbles, are made from 100% organic cotton, while others may vary depending on the design.

How are your designs printed?
Our original designs begin as hand-painted watercolor illustrations, then are professionally transferred onto garments.
This process allows us to preserve the softness and detail of the artwork while creating pieces that are durable enough for everyday wear.
Why might my item look slightly different than the photos?
Because of the nature of our artwork and garments, slight variations can occur.
This may be due to:
- differences in lighting or screen settings
- garment dye lots
- the handmade, made-to-order process
Placement and scale may also vary slightly depending on size.
These small differences are part of what makes each piece feel unique.
How should I care for my items?
To help your pieces stay beautiful over time:
- wash cold with like colors
- turn garment inside out
- use a mild detergent
- tumble dry low or lay flat to dry
Avoid bleach and high heat, especially for printed designs.
✦ Returns & Policies
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because many of our pieces are made to order or preorder, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- incorrect size selection
- change of mind
- normal variations in color or placement
We always recommend reviewing sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.
What if there is an issue with my order?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please reach out within 3 days of delivery.
Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the item so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start working on orders pretty quickly, especially for made-to-order pieces, so changes or cancellations aren’t always guaranteed.
If something comes up, reach out as soon as you can and we’ll always do our best to help 🤍
Do you restock items?
Some pieces may return, but many of our collections are intentionally produced in small, limited batches.
This helps us stay thoughtful in what we create and avoid overproduction.
If something you love sells out, we recommend following along or joining our email list for future updates.
Why are all sales final?
Because many of our items are created specifically for each order or brought in through limited preorders, we are not able to restock returned inventory in a consistent or reliable way.
Keeping sales final allows us to operate more intentionally and continue offering small-batch, thoughtfully made pieces.
